Does a Stealership ever do anything for free?
As far as aftermarket deck, you would have to replace everything, because after the deck it goes into the amps via fiber optics. So replacing a deck with an aftermarket deck is not something many on here have attempted. Although I have seen some tear the dash completely apart and run a deck as the "Aux" off of the main stereo.
And I would love to see your fix for the cup holder. I snapped mine off 2 years ago and dont feel its worth $80+ dollars plus my labor to fix it.
