If its shaking when the engine is engaged only, then its likely something like an engine mount, or maybe a clutch going...

if its shaking all the time, then its probably something like a ball joint / suspension part...

had an engine mount go on a 9000 a while back and the car was lurching away in 1st gear from stationary...
