The car (2.3 SE Auto) blows a cloud of white smoke out of the exhaust on cold and misty mornings. It did it last winter, summer has been fine, but back to it this morning. Wessy has checked the turbo (Fine, <2 years old) and there are no oil leaks or patches on the road under the car.

Can't explain it. Must be some kind of condensation issue?

Any ideas? Goes away after a minute or so.

Jimster, Im interested in this as well. Had a new turbo last year and had some smoke out the back intermittently. Wife borrowed it to go to London yesterday and saw quite a lot of smoke, unsure whether its condensation or worse. If the turbo has gone again I cant see me keeping it any longer:evil:

You'll always see a lot of white smoke (steam, actually) from the exhaust on cold/damp mornings - condensation from moisture in the exhaust - perfectly normal. If it doesn't smell heavily of fuel, oil, or coolant - don't worry about it.
