So, in the morning i come to turn on my car, and my rpm gauge shots to 2000, and then hovers around 1500 mark and then drops down 800-950rmps; all this process takes around 1 minute (pure estimating, don't remember rite now) I was wondering what could be the reason for that??

i will take a video one time too show you guys what im talking about;

before i thought it was due to low temperatures, but its summer time now, and its still doing that

sounds normal. my rpms spike up to about 2 grand when i first turn the car on, although i quickly drop down to normal idle within 5-10 seconds of this, even on cold winter mornings.

1 minute might be a bit excessive, but if your idle is consistent and smooth i wouldnt worry about it.
