You will have to disassemble the cars front end, but its not that hard. Do a search on this procedure.
I almost think that the radiator can be removed from the engine bay, almost..its close..
And suffer thru the Haynes as I am (steering rack). The Haynes could stand for major improvement.

I just did this 2 weeks ago.

Take off the headlights and corner lights. Remove the bumper.

Undo the radiator to overflow bucket hose.

Undo the power steering to resivior line, and move out of way. Carefull not to spill.

8mm wrench to remove radiator fan.

8mm removes 3 screws on RH (pass side) for ac condensor and oil cooler.

8mm removes 2 screws on LH for same above.

plyers to remove metal tabs on both sides on engine side of radiator holding the thing in about headlight level.

Remove hoses to radiator (obviosly)

Remove ducting around intercooler on both sides.

I think at this point it will come out with some persuasion.

The only thing I removed besides the bumper and lights was the rad fan. The oil cooler, intercooler and condensor just need to be un done and moved out of the way. No need to actually remove those.

Before you put in the new radiator, take an 8mm screw and pre thread the 7 holes that will accept the screws once back in the car. 2 on engine side for rad fan, 5 on bumper side for ac cond and oil cooler.

Isn't that "wheeled tool table" a patient's conveyance vehicle from a hospital?
If so, they are great, they have excellent capacity and move so easily..but do I hear the displaced patient moaning and groaning out on the street, in the traffic?:cheesy::lol:

Oh I assure you the patient that was moved off of it won't be making noise ever again. It is a ferno brand table, but specifically designed for embalming. It has drain channels, and a nice spout at the one end.

While you're at it, take some pics of your car with all the crap off the front end.

I had to replace the elbow shaped intercooler hose, which required this.

Housemates and neighbor's were really impressed that I could, "Take a whole car apart, fix it, and have it back together again in 90 minutes."

I didn't get in deep enough to get the radiator out, but getting intercooler back in was the only profanity inducing snag.

Sorry to threadjack;oops:, but I have a question on pulling the radiator on the N/A- can it come out between the the crossmember and the engine, or do I have to go the same route as Mr. Tweeks described, by pulling the front end apart?
