The 2004 Saab 9-3 turbo model.

The engine makes a serious relief.

There is no problem when cold.

Cold children do not have a problem. But when the engine gets hot (more than 94 ° C coolant temperature) there is a serious relief.

However, if you turn off the engine and start it again after about an hour, it is normal and newly relieved as the temperature rises.

So the operation is impossible.

Fault code P0638 is generated and engine check light is on.

When checking the scanner data
Under normal idle conditions, the throttle body has an open area of 6 square millimeters.
However, when the problem occurs, the data shows that the idle area is 70 square millimeters.
The data shows that the throttle body is perfectly open, but in the real world it is closed.

The problem with cold is often known as finishing with ECU pin calibration or throttle body cleaning.
But there's not enough data about this problem when it's hot.
Please let me know if you have any experience.

Now I am thinking that the failure of ECU is the biggest reason.

Have you tested with another throttle flap?
