I was wondering what all I need for the hydraulic swap. Is it just a master slave and line? Or is there more on the inside of the tranny. I can get above parts for like 300 on eBay, I was just curious.

The slave cylinder goes inside of the bell housing, so the transmission has to come out. Then, you need to drill two fairly large holes in the firewall where the master cylinder sits. Checkout genuinesaab.com for the pdf instructions.

And, I would be cautious if the stuff on eBay is used. You don't want to have to pull the tranny twice... Ron

I should add its not worth messing with anthing other than a new clutch slave cylinder, as if it fails you have to take the box off again. At the very least rebuild it with all new seals
