[Per's '95 NG 900 5spd]

got me a "new" 1995 NG900 with 2.3l and A/T. Cream puff with 130k granny miles.


Does show some "deferred maintenance" such as rotted vacuum lines, and old looking serpentine belt.



I replaced the vac-lines I could get to and it seems to have help my "purring like a kitten" issue, but not solved it.

Have you checked the ignition system? It's pretty reliable, but it may be time for a cap or rotor or plugs.

Reach around back, unlatch from throttle body and lift vertically off from the rear edge so it pivots and comes out from the forward facing mounts. Takes ten seconds
