Hi, I want to change my dash for the walnut one and I have removed the radio cassette player but cannot work out how to get the radio cage out without damaging the dash area. I know that you usually justyt bend some tabs but this one does not look as easy as that/
Can anyone please help? Pictures would be great if possible.

Thanks

There are four tabs, if I remember right; two on the top and two on the bottom. You can actually bend the entire cage if you need to. It's flexible enough that you can bend it back into the right shape once it's out.

actually the way i did it is that at the very bottom of the cage in the center take your key and get under the cage, and basicly pry (harsh word for the action) the cage up and out, very very ez

That's about how I did it, too. If you bend the center up far enough, the tabs will clear the bottom of the radio opening. You may have to do the same at the top.
