Are we talking about the small diameter (3-4mm ID) vacuum hoses?
If so then yes, any vacuum hose will work. Replace with silicon hose rather than rubber.

Do a search for your PCV replacements. I did a write up a while back on the latest PCV mod for 9-5's upto 2003. If you've not done that mod then maybe now is a good time

I need to do the PCV replacement with update 6, but I also need to replace those coolant hoses that run into the TB. Are those off the shelf or do I need to get Saab specific parts?

AFAIK they are only available OEM
