Hi, I have taken my electric seats out today and have been messing around with the electronics, having plugged the seats back the airbag warning light comes on. Will this require tech II? Will the airbags work?

Try disconnecting the battery for 10 mins and then re connect

Nope, unfortunatly that does not work, I cant understand how unplugging a seat can do that? Gonna cost me for tech II now!;oops:

Do the airbags still work?

Maybe not, hence the warning light.

I replaced my seats at the weekend, non electric but with air bags and haven't had the same problem, you are right you need Tech 2, sorry
