So I followed the instructions to removing the glove box trim, I.e. removing the glove box, detaching the metal clips, etc...

However, I detached all the metal clips but the part of the trim that surrounds the glove box release button will not seem to come off. I was literally trying to pry it off with a crow bar but nothing was even budging. Any idea how to fix this, in other words, fully remove the trim? Or has anyone else had this same problem?

You've missed a screw... I did the same thing!

Stick your head in where the glovebox used to be and look towards the rear of the glovebox release button. There's a flap of plastic which covers another screw. It's a ***** to get to and you'll need a short handled screw driver to remove it.

It's only about 1/2" long though, so not too many turns required.
