Saab Engine Malfunction Noise

I know the sound quality isn't too good, but it sounds like it just wont idle, and as if I'm pumping the gas, but I'm not...

Please help if you know anything about this.

As aerojon notes, you'll get better info in the other forum - meanwhile, I'd guess the idle air controller is dirty - it's an easy and cheap fix, it might even be in the ng900/og9-3 FAQ.
