Newbie to saabs here - bought a vector sport 150 tid on a 55 plate last month, and have got a couple of annoying questions...

1. How do you get the headlights out??
2. How do you get access to the front indicator bulbs easily and quickly?

3. I've an annoying noise coming from the bottom of the car as I drive down my road. It's been over my inspection pit, and I can't find anything loose, or worn..

4. How often should the EGR valve be cleaned, as my car has no pulling power below 1800 rpm until the turbo kicks in..

5. Even though I'm careful driving it, im still only getting 40mpg:evil::evil::eek:
What should I be getting out of this 1.9tid engine mpg wise??

He has a 1.9t and if he's out of the US mpg is a different value. But that depends if he's out of the US.
He has a 1.9 turbo diesel, and judging by the "55 plate" remark, he's from the UK, so 40mpg is ok, but not as good as a diesel should be. That said, it's a hell of a lot better then my diesel at 31mpg, but I do have a heavy foot.

As for the OPs original questions, I assume he's referring to physically removing the headlights as we don't have Tech II driving lights (headlights always on) over here.
