went to my beloved 9-5 this morning and the battery was flat...

no problem, called green flag out and got them to start me up...

did the same again at tea time after work (well I like to get my moneys worth) and drove it Halfords and bought a new Heavy duty battery for £75...

On the way home I noticed that the air con wasnt very warm, in fact it wasnt heating up at all much, so my question is this:

will the fact that the current battery is deceased cause the air con to not heat up??

I know they have a limp home mode, is this a feature so the battery is less used when its on its last legs..

I'll put the new battery in tomorrow morning, just thought one of you guys may know if this is normal..

all the best..
