I have very slow leak that after leaving a coolant pressure tester for about an hour is a tiny drip on the first exhaust hanger and rear/right area of the subframe. I can't feel anything wet that's obvious. Does this sound like a weeping water pump that's traveling? The car is currently in gorilla ramp so there is a slight slope to the car. The water pump was replaced (second time) by a Saab specialty shop 2-3 years ago. Am I missing any obvious things in the driver side other than the water pump ? All hoses that I'm familiar with are all dry. All I see if the small drip.

Also, what do I need to remove other than the yoke and the maf sensor /intake take tube to access the area for a better view to see the actual leak in the water pump ? Can I leave the Cobra pipe installed ? Not looking to diy(yet). Just want to confirm the leak b fore I call the shop and see if there's any warranty coverage on the repair.
