Guys all over the sudden my ICM 3 display unit terms black and blinking "system loading ". I contact service and through diagnostic port with no answer to the problem. ANY HELP PLEASE.

What happens if you unhook car battery and rehook it (i.e. system reboot)?

What does "through diagnostic port" mean? If the battery unhook doesn't work have someone with a Tech 2 try to add it. If it is not seen you probably need a new/used one. I keep a backup because I know it's just a matter of time and a new one is big $.
