sorry for the urgent plead, Trying to get her running today. I am attempting to get the input shaft seal out. I got the inside part (well tore it out) but the outside part seems pretty siezed to the trans housing. Any tips or trick to get it out? I'll prolly need some tips as to the best way to get it back in as well.
Thanks

It should come out with a flat blade screw driver or small prybar. Lightly tap the new one in with not beat up face hammer. Striking the outer diameter work back and forth so it goes in evenly.

Another method for a stuck seal is to drill a few small holes in it (make shure to catch the swarf, not too hard to do) and put small self tapping screws in the holes, then pry the screw heads.
