"The seat cover is secured to the seat's wire frame by "hog rings" in a number of places; these are circular rings that need to be spread apart to remove them, and I found that regular and needle nose pliers work best for this. There are two hog rings in the front on the underside of the seat, and five of them on the back of the lower cushion. Then as you peel the cushion back, there are spring fasteners at each lower cushion seam that fasten the seat cover to the wire frame underneath the lower seat cushion"
