Well I finally do have something to post in here unfortunately..... Car has been running perfect, no problems recently. Mirror fell off the other day but I was able to pop it right back on, however today when I started up the car my SID says "Front Light Failure" and previously had said "Rear Light Failure". Well my right rear fog light was out as well as my right front headlight (not highbeam). I have had DRLs on so I'm not necessarily surprised that my headlight would go out, but my question is where can I get these lights for cheap? Local autoparts store? If so, what kind of bulb? I know you have to replace these things in pairs.... Preferably this would be cheap, I'm not doing the HID mod now for sure....

In addition to the 9-5, we have a Volvo 850 at this house which was easily modified to have a second rear fog. Anybody know if the 9-5 is easily modifiable?
Yep you can snap the lugs off inside the empty light fixture and install a bulb, there should be wiring already there for it. :D

Is it easy to change the bulbs, I haven't taken my headlight apart before?

Depends on how small your hands are ;). Near-side (of a right-hand drive) is easier than the off-side. When I replaced all my bulbs I ended up with some good scratches on the back of my hand - but much brighter lights :cheesy: :cheesy:.

The owners manual has good instructions on how to do it - once you have removed the cover at the back all is revealed.

Alright! Got two H7 bulbs at the local Parts Plus, installed 'em in like ten minutes (taking my time) and I have some nice headlights as good as new! Cost me $20 total for the new bulbs. Oh and I noticed that in the headlight enclosure, besides the highbeams and lowbeams bulbs, there is also another tiny bulb in the corner. Any idea what that is or what its for?

EDIT: And its easier to get at the back where the bulbs are if you remove the headlights, you need to do this on the side with the airbox anyways...
