I seem to have a oil leak on my 207L 03 engine..

First I thought this was from a failed vaccum pump but It seem to be comming from my head gasket liner area...I dont know If this Is just my imagenation but It seemed to get worse after I changed spark plugs and I noticed a little oil on the treads on one of the old spark plugs...Engine has got 100K on it at is in other ways in great shape...Any tips?

Sounds like it may be the valve cover gasket?

Thanks guys..I have ordered a Payen brand gasket kit...The job seems pretty straight forward...What places are the usual sinners on this engine when It comes to oil leaks besides the vacuum pump seals..?

Vacuum pump, PS pump, front and rear crank seals, valve cover gasket, oil drain plug, oil cooler o-rings, oil pressure switch, oil level sensor (not installed in all B207),
