The clutch pedal on my C900 has gotten very hard to press. The clutch releases perfectly, it seems like the actual pedal box is metal on metal and it makes a grinding sound. So again, the master and slave are working fine, but mechanically there is something wrong. Are there some bushings on there? Is this a common failure?
Thanks,
Tom

only grinding/? would possibly come from your connection from your pedal to M/C and the clevis pin is nackered,, but sounds more like a threust bearing stickingon the shaft.
but hard to press could be a ruptured pipe(the rubber one) and a piece has dropped down and as you press it blocks the flow, but once released it will move out the way
try a bleed of the system to see if it alters anything, but remember to check the 'clutch' level inside the main reservior is topped up
