Car cranks, but no start? Not the DI, nor a fuel pump? Tech II says Trionic "missing" from bus. Check the multi-pin plug under the plastic cover near the brake booster(LHD) at the firewall. After opening the connector by carefully tapping(dont pry, it will crack) the pink/purple retainer toward the left...found a nice quantity of corrosion and a totally gone pin. Liberal wd40 and scraping, followed by an air blast, then splice and solder around the broken pin...and voila, Trionic "found". Probably not the worst idea to cover this connector with a bag and straps.
BTW just the front wiring harness is ~$1200...in your hand.

Nice work. Don't like the stuff that seems small but costs a fortune.


A back up would be to get yourself the wiring from a wreckers, new Saab (GM) parts tend to be very very exxy....
