eEuroparts, you're awesome!
I was blown away to find they respond to online chats ON A SUNDAY MORNING! I needed parts in a hurry, and when I saw the chat support window active early on a Sunday, I entered, "Hello?" (expecting no response) and got a reply immediately! This was about the 5th order I've placed in the past month or two, and the phone, email, and chat customer service has been bar none. I love their web site's ability to search for parts, and save them in "Projects". This allowed me to plan and budget, and then I just called them and told them to send that project! GREAT integration of online experience and phone!
