I had to transfer over my the fusebox side of the wire harness from a donor 1986 turbo. I managed to remember where all the connections go except for two.
I've got two 2-pin female connectors, and one male connector for them. The male connection is attached to the end of the ecu side of the harness after the injector connections.
Both female wires have what look like a white wire and a gray wire with a white stripe (the insulation is pretty degraded so its hard to tell).
One of the wires is about a foot longer, so I don't think that's the one that goes in, but I dont know where else it would plug into.

Here's a picture of my problem.

Those green wires are not the original color. I cut the degraded part of the original wire and spliced on a new bit with some wire I had lying around.

kinda figured it out. these are for the up-shift light in the dash. the up-shift system doesn't seem to be that useful and doesn't seem to work that well according to other users, so I guess thats not the problem. I probably have a short somewhere (insulation is falling off a bunch of wires), which is my actual problem. I dissected the wiring harness and got the saab service manual, so now I have a pretty good idea of the engine bay wiring. Gonna rewire it for the T5 conversion kit I ordered from MCS, which will be easier than redoing stock wiring since it removes all the APC and ignition wiring from this side of the harness. Wish me luck!
