So today I got run off the road by a God damned SUV. I manage to avoid getting T boned by him, but over steered and pretty much found myself up on a median.

My front two wheels are clearly bent, one might be driveable...the other clearly not. I may be looking at a new strut (woo, cause I didnt just get those fixed 8 months ago...) and potentially ball sockets or some **** (drivers side front wheel was sloped, I'm hoping it's not my whole axle).

So, I was wondering if anyone had any 15x6 15 spoke (Check picture) wheels to sell, or could tell me how cheaply they'll go at say a junk yard. I should only need two...and I don't really care about pristine condition. I just need wheels so that I can drive.

Well, just an update for my sake apparently. I've found a whole front end assembly at a salvage yard, good condition for $125. My friend has two steelies that he said I can have, with tires. So my car might be a little ugly for awhile, but it should be up and running this weekend if I get off my *** and get the car towed to my house (no way I'm paying $65 an hour, they'll charge me for like 14 hours).

Some "upgrade" the 15s to 16s . So there is a source of 15s - plus the yards, of course...

I hope that SUV driver was apprehended, some of these are a menace !

if u got an autozone by you, you can get a new axle for around $70.00

Sorry to hear about your travail with a "God damned SUV." I swear there is some kind of corelation between driving an SUV and being an inconsiderate spaz. Bigger SUV one drives the bigger the odds that one has little regard for others on the road. My previous two Volvos were murdered by SUVs. I have reached the point that I no longer avoid SUVs; I am tired of being driven off the road by those behemoths. My last Volvo was mudered by a guy in a Ford Expedition. He ran a red light . . . The only satisfaction I had was seeing his face when he realized that his Expedition looked much worse than my volvo. His SUV flipped. Both our cars were totalled. I cannot wait for the day when Americans wake up and start dumping their SUVs into the proverbial sea.

Sorry for rambling;oops: SUV are my pet peeve.

There are shops which specialize in straightening wheels. Usually a lot less than buying new ones. Might be worth looking into it.
