sur ei saw it on here some one was doing polished alloy insert to replace the shift patern. but i can't find it now anyone know who it was?

hmmm looks nice, but the one i was after is just plain nothing on it at all. i just whant a bit of weight up top

I supplied the Viggen inserts for those early ones. They are unfortunately gone many years ago. I think I have one damaged one for my collection.
This is why I made the new 3d domed ones. They are a lot nicer in the hand. I have blanks but they are not heavy. Pretty thin disks to replace the factory top, so they have to be similar size. Also if there was too much mass to it on a cold /hot day it would be a problem ;)

lol thats what i was after. nice bit of shiny for the inside but not a full alloy knob as bloody cold in the winter
