I get a crunch, sounds like i'm trying to shift without the clutch.
This only happens from 2nd to 3rd and doesn't happen all the time.
Car has new clutch, flywheel cut and trany mounts.
5th can sometimes be hard to find.
I was going to go through the adjustment for 5th and now 2nd to 3rd are acting up
Adjustment? or look elsewhere.
I haven't adjusted anything after the clutch/flywheel/trannyand motor mounts

You probably have the "self adjusting" clutch , I think the auto-adjuster can be over ridden if necessary.

Assure that you have the proper amount of free play (19 mm or so from the top of the pedal travel.
