Brand new in box, still slathered in the original machine oil I have a T25 center housing for my 9000 2.3T.
All you have to do is transfer your turbine/compressor housings and accessories off your old turbo. Equates to 1 snap ring and 4 bolts for the housings. A couple 10mm bolts for wastegate bracketing and 2 torx/13mm for the oil drain tube.
Long story short, (very short) I ordered it and don't need it.
$420 shipped anywhere in the continental U.S. via FedEx ground. Rush/ International: we can figure out rates.
