Does anyone know if this unit requires a strainer? I bought a WALBRO pump, but it didnt' come with a strainer. I am getting conflicting info. Any aftermarket parts?

When you take your fuel pump assembly out of the car, you will see how it goes together.

The current strainer on the pump assembly can be used again. I cleaned mine up a bit and put it back in.
