Fuel Injectors...Saturated or Peak & Hold?

...which type comes stock on a '99 9-3 2.0?

i'm chasing a bad idle, horrible fuel mileage and no power on acceleration...

i have spare BMW and Mitsu Eclipse Turbo injectors and would like to install these if applicable
