Hey.

Been at this for a couple of hours now. Changing the drive belts (worn) and water pump (goosed), so I'm trying to release the tension on the belts by adjusting the alternator. I've removed the nut from the alternator bush bolt, removed the nut from the adjusting arm. Huffed and puffed alot - but it appears to be frozen.

Am I missing something obvious? Read the bently manual and theres nowt in there that i'm not doing.

thanks for that - the tensioner was off a couple of days back when I last tried.

Guess it will be the bush kinda frozen. Had the bolt out all the way to the bulk-head and still wouldn't budge either way.

May have to wait untill I get the engine out - unless there is a miracle solution that will free the bushes up!
