I have the 7 speaker version with CD player, I think its the intermediate level stereo for the Vector, although I have the Linear with lots of upgrades.

I recently noticed the front door speakers weren't working.. problem is I have no idea what the problem is.

Does this stereo have the amp like the pre 2005 models? Could that be the problem? Or is there a fuse I can check?

Many thanks all, I am soooo sick of the tinny sound in the front when fading out the rear speakers so the kids can watch Peppa Pig on the DVD...

I would check the manual and the doc I posted said: The amplifier unit is powered separately (+30) from fuse 13

Sounds like you found a fix :)

arrgghh!!

OK so I bought a 20A blade fuse, and went to plug it in... There is no wiring in the fuse box for Fuse 13!! What has gone on? Has someone swapped over the Fuse Box in the past? I'm not sure what is going... It's a 7 speaker system with the correct head unit.

How easy is it to swap out a fuse box?
Why has someone tried to remove the head unit in the past (evident by the marks on the screw covers)?

Any other ideas? I'm well and truly stumped.
