The frame of the front grille on my 900i looks like it has been spray painted silver by the previous owner. (there are some almost invisible drip marks).

The paint has begun to wear off and i am getting some of the black from below coming through.

Should i replace it with a chrome grille or try to respray it myself?

How much would I be looking at paying for a chrome grille if i put one on?

You can still buy chrome grilles for Saab very dear they work out about £150 or AUS$300...

better of getting one from a scrapyard or looking at the classified section...or colour coding yours to suit your car..
