fitting 93 ('01) seats to a ng900

Hi everybody,

Its been a while since I've been here, but whenever I am the advice is always spot on!! Now I've got another one for the Saab gods!!

I've got an ng900 2dr and have just managed to get hold of 93 viggen seats from a 2001 car :D

The rears and door cards have just dropped in fine but the fronts are causig a little more grief  .

The brackets dont line up with the exiting points in the floorpan. I was wondering if anyone has done this before or know of the best way to get them in apart from getting someone to manufacture new brackets for me. Are there brakets that would allow them to fit from another model?

Thanks for the help

Kyle

I always thought all these bodies were identical(GM900, 9-3 up to '02)..

Maybe not ?
But perhaps one is a two-door, the other a four door ...
Why not plug and drill as necessary ??

I would not mind fitting leather power seats into my '96 S with cheap cloth seats, but there may be too much wiring involved..
A shame, as in the junque yard the car in great condition, expect for minor blemishes(no front, no pack), with the windows open and rain upon the nice seats...
