Hello All,
New to the board, good resource.

2001 95SE (V6), I had the turbo inspected for blue smoke, and after that, I've had what sounds like an exhaust leak. ('ticking' noise). But it's not. After a through inspection by the saab dealer, they found no leak.

The sound comes from the (american) drivers side, near the kick panel, from the engine compartment.
It is present on moderate to heavy load, only when driving. I can't replicate it standing still with the brakes and loading the engine (!)

ANY IDEAS?

CV Joint? Check the boot on the axle on your drivers side, if it's ripped at all it'll produce a ticking noise.

haha... Just wondering if anyone things it could be coming from the brake servo? Instead of exhaust, could it be intake...

and given the position... it seems possible ?!

Why do you suspect the servo? Surely you'd hear the sound under braking, not under load/acceleration. Have you had any work done in the area the sound is coming from?
