I was driving home a few days ago on the highway. I went full boost and the MAP sensor line popped off the intake manifold causing that crappy misfire. I pulled over and put it back on. It popped off again. I did the same, pulling over and putting it back on. I didn't really go into high boost after that and it seemed to be running fine. Then it started idling at 1500-2000, back and forth, surging. It made it VERY hard to drive home since the car basically was giving itself enough throttle to jerk all over the place.

I have checked for vacuum leaks and haven't been able to find any. I also replaced the IACV. Nothing has worked.

When I start it after sitting, it runs perfect. Nothing is wrong. After it warms up in about 2-3 minutes, it starts the surging.

Ideas?

Disconnect the battery for an hour and try again. This time make absolutely sure that the MAP hose does not pop off.
