I was at Saab service and they didn't find any problems.

Well, I am not by any means an electrical wizard but if there are no scan codes and it is intermittent I would suspect a short/loose wire. Does it happen only when driving. but not when idling? Only when wipers are on?

Replace battery terminals, they should not be warm.
You could voltage drop test this while the car is running . Turn on all the accessories and put your voltmeter probes between the lead post and pos terminal. I forget the spec but i think its under .3v.
You could wiggle test too .
Or visual for corrosion / acid.
Or feel for heat which you did and was very smart.
(Sometimes i like getting style points for my diagnoses)

I鈥檇 check your batt health for good measure as well.

but Mimmi is right
