1993 Saab 900 Turbo convertible:
I am trying to access/remove the exterior driver door handle to replace the exterior door handle linkage rod clip which is missing.
I cannot find it in the bottom of the door, even with using a magnet.
Question: where to source this clip? Is it generic?
After removing the interior door panel and the moisture barrier, I can see the single Torx screw that secures the front part of the exterior door handle.
However, the torx screw is hidden behind the glass window which I cannot remove.
Question: How to access the Torx screw?
If the glass window did not block access, this would be done already.
I have been struggling for 3 days trying to get the glass window out.
