I'm still around here looking for info. I'm trying now to find out if the driver door module sends the i-bus signal that tells the system that the door is open? Or is it the latch that sends the signal? I've been able to determine that there is no longer a switch in the door jamb that signals that the door is open, so there must be something in the door itself that sends the signal. If that is the case, then I can use that (whatever it is) to provide the signal I need to wake up my power seat modules.

Thanks

Walt

I have not physically looked at one yet. A mechanic at a local SAAB garage told me that the door ajar message on the SID is triggered by the latch. I asked about swicthes in the jamb and he said that they are no longer used.
