Welcome to SaabCentral!
it will be up under the dash, above driver's feet.
it will have part number 4108650 on it.
i think it is a silver box...
thanks grentarc

i will check on weekend as cruise is intermittent. went to snow weekend and only active for half the trip. when working does not allow me to adjust increment speeds, so will check module first before checking any other componements. thanks for advise.

The cruise ecu will be located on the drivers side underneath the dash. It will be turned on its side and will be between the upside down plastic tray and the rear of the dash.

I have the permanent fix for this issue. The 41 08 650 cruise control ecu is junk and should be removed from the car and trashed! This box suffers from blown components or very poor soldering joints, hence your intermittent operation. I have yet to ever pull one out of a '92 - '94 9000 that was any good - all were dead.

I have the information on how to retrofit your car with the more reliable older 95 26 757 cruise control ecu. I've pulled over 25 of these from '88 - '91 9000's and have never got a dead one or one that did not work 100% of the time.

Send me a private message and I will send you a .pdf file with the how to info to make the adapter to do this.

I had the EXACT same thing going on with my '93 Saab 9000 CSE. Jeff will help you, he has an amazing fix for that. He sent me what I needed and it works every day without fail. I still can't believe how he came up with the solution. Good luck!
Hi Jeff325

Got a dead 41 08 650 cruise control ecu under the dash and a promising 95 26 757 on my table. Aside to connector plug swap it would very useful to find out the proper wiring order. Thus Your .pdf file would be greatly appreciated! As a newbie, it seems, I can't send the PMs yet. Sorry for that.
This is a very old post but I'm wondering if someone has the PDF for retrofiting the older cruise control module.
