cooler fan of engine starts of one’s own when car is off...

Please help - cooler fan of engine starts of one’s own for my 3.0 Tid V6 disel Saab.
It happen when car is standing for some hours...
Some demon, windows fault or technical problem...
And it starts themself after some hours when not driving.....
and stops when battery is emty....

This is quite normal for cooler fan to start with engine off but still hot - to prevent thermal shock.The fact it wouldn't cut off automaticly - this is bad...Looks like thermoswitch gets sticky.Though not a big deal to change it...

Sorry, Ivars!
Disregard my first post as there is no such thing as thermoswitch in this system - cooling fans are controlled by DICE system.
One of the typical faults - The fan will start at low speed if no temperature information supplied.It could have been temp sensor or broken wire.
