Hi All,

I found the source of my coolant leak last night, its the Y-pipe that connects to the Coolant Bypass Valve - #16 in the EPC:

The Heater Bypass Valve was just changed 10000 miles ago, and I only felt coolant around the Y-pipe. I'd really like to just replace that piece, but the only source I can find is the entire #16 assembly, which includes all the tubes as well, is $100, and is in Sweden. In my mind, this should be about a $15 replacement. Does anyone have a source or a P/N for just that Y-pipe?

Are you certain what bit of it is leaking, the plastic tee or the hoses, or the clamps?

I imagine a junkyard car could donate better hoses. And if it's the tee, then maybe you can find a replacement that would fit.

Ed you brought up a good point with “what else may be leaking”, I bit the bullet and got the assembly to save future headache.
