It cranks , but that's it when it's gets pretty cold in the morning here in PA. Around 40 degrees. The 900 is a 2 liter Turbo. It cranks and cranks , but doesn't want to start and idle. I've been reading up and people experience trouble with the cold start sensor / valve. It's a fifth fuel injector somewhat? Also the AIC and ECU can be to blame , but the car doesn't suffer drivability issues.
-I'll add , full battery voltage and grounds , no corrosion on the terminals.
Thanks.

Joe.

First thing I'd do is give it a shot of ether. You'll know in 3 seconds if it's a fuel problem or not.

40 degrees is cold?

Yea , I mean it's only September. The car starts up fine when it's warm or in the afternoon. How would I test the cold start valve to see it it's functioning properly?
