Cold start issues.

Over the past 2 weeks on a cold start on my 2002 saab 93 started rough 3 times so far. It cranks fine, then it sounds like its running on 1 cylinder. I don't let it attempt to run I'll shut it off within a second as i can tell its running wrong, so i shut it off immediately then every time its restarted normal and then drives normal. I have no CEL related to it.

It could be a myriad of things of course but i was just thinking of a general tune up. Fuel filter spark plugs clean MAF and oil change etc. Almost seems like its a fuel issue.

I can trouble shoot the fuel pressure off the fuel rail with the Schrader type valve correct?

Fuel pump was replaced 2 years ago with pro parts sweden so its very very possible its on its way out.

Seems likely. Could also be worn plugs, weak DIC, goofy coolant temp sensor. Could be mechanical.

CPS would make sense i believe its quite literally one of the only components on this car that hasn't been replaced with the rebuild 4/5 years ago. Im going to do spark plugs and fuel filter since i know they are due (unlikey fuel filter) clean MAF and air filter and monitor. If the symptoms continue i will shotgun in a Bosch CPS and hopefully call it a day! If not then comes fuel troubleshooting and DIC (also hopefully unlikey was replaced a couple years ago OEM quality)
If it doesnt have the cps heatshield esaab has them for like 4 bux
