Hi, I am a relatively new owner to a 2011 9-3 and I've notice a slight stutter when the car is under load or when I hit the gas hard like when going on on ramps to highways. I have no engine codes and recently replaced the spark plugs for a previous cel for a cyl 4 misfire. I need to know if I can use any type of oem replacement coils for my Saab or if I have to go with genuine ones. Also will the offbrand ones work and just cause a cel, or will they cause more misfires/problems. I know someone who can remove a code from the system completely.

there been a lot of threads lately on this topic,so here it goes.. The coils for this engine MUST have Saab AND Mitsubishi on them..Cobalt coils won't work..The 2.8 coils are different.. Just add to this,if you get a P1312 DTC even though this related to the ionization module 99% of the time...
