having a problem with the clutch.

if at low revs and i throttle it some, the revs go high like i am dipping the clutch then it sort of catches up and the car speeds up ?

all the gears engage properly.

do i need a new clutch ?

I have no experience with Saabs, but from my past experience with other cars is that yes, it's a sign of your clutch needing to be replaced. Do you notice a burning smell after it slips?

nope no smell at all.

gears engage and if drove normally and slowish it does not slip.
its only when your at low RPM then you get heavy on the throttle that it slips.

but if you floored it from the go all the way through the gears its fine ?
