They should be clear already. Just swap the amber bulb from behind the lense.

I'm looking to replace the amber bulbs in the front and back blinkers as well.

FYI, blue lights are illegal in most states as they are supposed to be used by emergency vehicles only. Besides, it's a Saab, not a '92 Honda Civic.
