I bought the tool for cleaning fuel injectors while on the car. Only problem is the owners manual indicates the fuel relay is under the dashboard by the fuse panel close to the steering column. I dropped the panel under the dash on the drivers side but there are no fuses located there. The only relays I can find are under the hood and none of them are for the fuel pump. If I take the fuel fuse out of the panel the engine cranks but doesnt turn over like it should with the tool, gauge and cleaner all attached and with 35-40 psi which should be plenty to get her to kick over. Any ideas out there or maybe a pic of where this so called relay is located? Thanks.
