FOur days ago I took my car to the saab dealership for an oil change. Driving home after the service my CHeck Engine light comes on. Whats the liklihood changing the oil had something to do with the engine light coming on? It has never come on before. I have a 2001 9-5 Areo. Was going to take the car back to the dealership but this morning the Check ENgine light didnt come on and has not been on since.

Whats the deal? Is there a problem or not?
ANy thoughts?

Yeah, you want the "Saab 9-5 Workshop" I can't see how an oil change would trigger a CEL, unless something was bumped in the process of the change. My advice, go to Autozone and have them read the code (write the code and description down), have them reset it, and report it back to Saabcentral. Someone will be able to steer you from there.
